Sue Pirnie has worked in the arts in a variety of roles. Most recently she worked with the Scottish Arts Council where she advised on arts development and supported new activity across Scotland. Before that she led Visual Arts provision for the Highlands of Scotland (an area the size of Belgium, and has also directed an events management company for 9 years. She is now a freelance arts management consultant.
Her professional memberships include engage, the association of visual arts education professionals, and IKT – the International Association of Curators of Contemporary Art.
