A-mach ach an solas
Mu thràigh Kalamaki ‘s Laganas
Mun fhàire bho dheas
Agus thar Caolas Ionia
Thall ud tha na beanntan
‘S a’ chuid eile de na h-Eileanan A-staigh.

Cho luath ‘s a nochdas
Am fosgladh às an taobh siar
San eadar-dhà-sholas a tha ‘n seo,
Siud a’ tighinn ris
Na taighean geala –
‘S e chanadh neach
Gur h-e bh’ aige Taigh Eòghainn
