Motivation to participate in the British Council Rio Delegation

I want to see how international policy procedures is like and how politicians participate in climate policy making processes. If one policy is both financially and environmental sustainable and accessible, what are the barriers of being made?

Expectations for Rio+20

I will be paying more attention on energy related/climate change policies and I want to know more about how international society, especially developing countries think about accessing to green energy.
