Nine Planets This site gives a multimedia overview of the Solar System, with clearly written pages outlining current scientific knowledge, the history and cultural relevance of each of the planets and moons. There are also links to additional sources of information and images
Enchanted Learning - Astronomy Enchanted Learning’s astronomy pages give details of the planets illustrated by user-friendly diagrams. Topics covered include the origin of the Solar System and the Earth’s water cycle. The pages also include interactive puzzles, quizzes and a dictionary of astronomy terms.
JPL Solar System Pages JPL’s Solar System website gives a comprehensive overview of NASA’s missions to study the Solar System, as well as background information on the planets, moons, comets and asteroids.
