The Leadership and Management Programme for Women
Riyadh, 7, 8 and 9 May 2013

To enhance further the development of women in Saudi Arabia and following the great success of the first leadership programme delivered at Prince Sultan University last December 2012, the British Council in collaboration with Durham Business School will run for the second time The Leadership and Management Programme for Women.

The Leadership and Management Programme for Women is a three days programme that will take place in Riyadh on 7, 8 and 9 May 2013. The programme will be delivered in English.

The programme will be delivered by two female trainers (Dr Julie Hodges – Director of Global Learning Centre, and Lindsey Agness – International Trainer in Leadership and Management Development) from Durham Business School, UK.

Following attending the programme, the participants are expected to:

  • Enhance the understanding of leadership and management and their impact on people at work
  • Increase the personal effectiveness as a leader
  • Improve the ability to lead at a time of change
  • Enhance the communication, organizational problem solving and analytical skills

Eligibility Criteria

  • Working women with three year working experience
  • Have good level of English; equivalent to IELTS 5.5
  • Committed to achieve professional development at career
  • Interest to gain a more prominent leadership position at organizations
  • Interest to obtain advanced leadership skills
  • Committed to attend three days programme
