Joint Chevening Awards

The FCO, the British Chevening Scholarships, in partnership with Kingston University is pleased to announce one joint Kingston/Chevening award for talented graduates and high-flying young professionals from Russia who are seeking a unique opportunity to study in the UK and acquire new skills and knowledge.

Kingston University is based in Kingston upon Thames, a busy riverside town on the borders of London, a city recognised as one of the world’s most vibrant, historic culturally rich capitals. Acknowledged as a centre of teaching excellence in Britain, all Kingston University’s faculties have achieved excellent ratings in the Government’s teaching assessments.

As one of the leading modern Universities, Kingston's popularity continues to increase with students each year. More than 10% of the student body represent well over 100 different countries making Kingston a truly international and cosmopolitan University.

The award is available on a competitive basis for the one-year programme and is open to all courses offered by Kingston University. Please, note that the chosen course should be in the priority list of studies for the British Chevening Scholarships.

The terms and conditions of the joint Kingston/ Chevening scholarship are absolutely identical with those for the core British Chevening Scholarships. The priority subjects, the selection criteria and the selection process are the same. The only thing you should do if applying for the joint Kingston/Chevening scholarships is to mark Kingston University and the preferred course as your first choice in the application form in Part D.
