The FCO, the British Chevening Scholarships, in partnership with University of Kent is pleased to announce one joint Kent/Chevening award for talented graduates and high-flying young professionals from Russia who are seeking a unique opportunity to study in the UK and acquire new skills and knowledge.

The University of Kent is home to just under 16,000 students and is rapidly becoming one of the most exciting universities in the country. The main 300-acre campus, founded in 1965, lies just a 20 minute walk or bus ride away from the ancient and historical city of Canterbury. The university offers a safe and friendly, multi-cultural, cosmopolitan atmosphere. Kent was voted in the top 10 UK universities for course satisfaction in the 2007 National Student Survey and was also shortlisted for the Times Higher Institution of the Year in 2006.
