PPQ

PPQ, founded in 1992, is the creation of Percy Parker and Amy Molyneaux. In September 2006 PPQ opened their debut flagship store in a Grade II listed, four-storey, Georgian town house in Mayfair. Both dark and opulent but very modish retaining PPQ's luxe but irreverent design aesthetic the floor throughout is an oyster and grey chequered homage to Alice’s Wonderland. A pop up store and sensational catwalk presentation in Burlington Arcade followed and a whole series of temporary stores are planned for the near future.

The PPQ collection succeeds in being a fusion of chic, desperately desirable but wearable pieces which continues to evolve in content and detail every season. They perpetuate a visually arresting design signature that keeps their existing customers coming back for more, and constantly attracts new devotees.

Originally celebrated for singlehandly spearheading the drainpipe revolution, PPQ have become synonmous for their signature and desperately desired cocktail and party dresses, both luxe pop-chic and covetable they have attracted a chorus of style savvy ambassadors from epitome of celluloid cool Sofia Coppola and Kirsten Dunst, Sienna Miller, Keira Knightley, Jade Jagger, Daisy Lowe and Peaches Geldof. Style icons and critically acclaimed artists on the Britain's music scene have all pledged their allegience including Lily Allen, Amy Winehouse and Florence and the Machine.

PPQ have teamed up with a number of partners to collaborate on various projects. These include a range of clothing with Peaches Geldof for Littlewoods, a netbook bag for Vodafone, a pouch bag for Blackberry, a PPQ styled box for Sky +, a launch event for Nokia, a headscarf for John Frieda, 5 decades of dresses for Ben Sherman, Cancer awareness with River Island and most recently a capsule collection with Adidas due to launch for A/W 09.

Being intensely astute both in an aesthetic and commercial sense their label is sold to select boutiques in the UK,  Europe, and Japan and have become an inspiration and giant asset to the British Fashion Industry.
