The "Eco-Leader" course, organised by the Cloudwatcher project in partnership with British Council, community-project CLICR and Oxfam Russia took place on 14 November 2009. The course consisted of meetings with the most famous Russian specialists in ecology and climate change, leadership trainings and seminars, as well as creative workshops.
