The participants of the game worked out the original and perspective projects, which were highly rated by the experts. These ideas also seemed interesting to the potential investors and tenants of “Red October”. In the nearest time in the framework of the Creative Cities project there will be a round table where these strategies will be discussed for further development.
The final presentation of the Future City game results took place on 30 May 2010 in the Creative Cities space at II Moscow Biennale of Architecture.

Project presentation
The information centre is the place where the tourists will get all the necessary information about Moscow: where to go, what to see, what are the most interesting events that take place in the city. There you will have a chance to take the city maps, transport schemes, buy more detailed maps of Moscow and Russia and also tickets to the theatres concerts, cinema. The project will attract more tourists and make their stay in the city more comfortable. Also the information centre will get funds through the promotion of different events that take place in Moscow.
At the "Red October" workshops tourists will have chance to see how souvenirs are produced and make presents for their relatives and friends. Children will learn more about traditional Russian handcrafts.

The aim of the project is to develop the territory of the "Red October" according to the following aspects:
- business;
- culture;
- science;
- art;
- fashion;
- ecology;
- family.
- In the nearest plans is to rebuild the lofts into the hotel complex based on the alternative sources of energy. It is also planned to build the information centre and organise a park zone.

The aim of the project is to create a multifunctional complex for the education and leisure activities, also to organise a co-working space for the local people and tourists. In the framework of the educational programme there will be workshops, lectures, business-games and round tables for professionals and general audience. The territory of the complex can be also used for organising business-meetings and negotiations. At the same time the complex will work as a platform where people will learn more about the history of Yakimanka district and the "Red October" factory, listen to Russian traditional fairy-tales and get the detailed information about Moscow.

The green belt project is about the development of the "Red October" complex according to the following aspects:
- bike rent station;
- pathways for bikes on the Balchug island and the neighbouring embankments;
- city farm
- pond on the Balchug island - the ideal place for skating in winter;
The ecological development of the territory will be joined with the cultural development. There will be an educational centre used for the concerts, exhibitions and seminars, also there will be a museum of chocolate with chocolate testing, a bar and a shop and an open-air summer cinema.

«Strelka» institute is an international non-governmental project, founded in 2009. «Strelka» provides free post-graduate education in such spheres as urban design, architecture and communications. The educational programme for 2010-2011 was worked out in close partnership with Office for Metropolitan Architecture and Rem Koolhaas, the head of the architectural bureau, famous architect and the professor of Harvard University.
