Game Master training
Reminiscences

Another Games Masters’ training is done. A brand new group of 25 fine ‘mastering minds’ is ready to face the challenge of running the Future City Game, getting players through quite clear, yet demanding process. This time the training took part in Moscow on the territory of project Fabrika.

As the best element all ‘Games Maters-to-be’ considered first of all the trainers – Neil McInroy and Gaynor Anthony, Neil’s great support made the training both exciting and useful, engaged participants in learning things by doing.

The participants also noted a good balance of fun and seriousness, that the training was divided into logical and clear steps and that they’re ready to use the acquired skills, gained while not just listening, but being involved into team-working, dealing with tasks in groups, presenting ideas on the general forum.

Here is some of the feedback from the training participants:

Tatyana Kargina“I feel high inspiration and motivation to experience this great technology. The system of steps is simple on the one hand, but clear and logical – on the other hand. I feel to get an effective tool. By trainers charisma and creative atmosphere I felt the power of game atmosphere to overpass the mental frames and create new!”
