If you are interested to speak at the forum, please complete the speaker proposal form and return it to english@britishcouncil.ru by January, 27. The proposal can be downloaded here.
If you would like to participate as a delegate please complete the online registration form here by February, 17.
International delegates will need to cater for the visa, accommodation, and transport themselves. We will be happy to provide confirmation of attendance and advice on visa and accommodation.
