Young Learner

English is now considered a basic skill like maths and Romanian. The future of students graduating from high school will be broadened or limited by their ability to use English effectively. Young people also need to be able to think independently and creatively and they need to have a world view.

The British Council offers a range of courses, certificates and resources in for Young Learners from the last year of pre-school to grade XII.
