PARTNERS FOR QUALITY AND EMPLOYABILITY
From knowledge provision to student empowerment

British Council has initiated this project to provide the means and encouragement for academics at the sharp end of teaching students to realise their goal of transforming their higher education activities from knowledge provision to student empowerment.  The project enhances cooperation between universities and employers with a particular focus on graduate employability. The pilot focuses on producing materials and guidance for the use of academics teaching in two subject areas:  Business Studies and the Creative Industries (Arts, Design and Media).

The project was launched in a conference taking place on 17 and 18 December 2007, in Sinaia.
