YOUNG LEARNERS ENGLISH (YLE) TESTS
FOR 7-12 YEAR OLDS
Children between 7 and 12 years old can now take a special Cambridge English test for children. These Young Learners English (YLE) tests motivate and stimulate your child to learn English and reward their effort. They are available at three levels of difficulty: Starters, Movers and Flyers. They are an ideal way of introducing children to the requirements of an international examination. YLE Flyers is at the Council of Europe Framework (CEF) level A2. YLE Starters and YLE Movers are at CEF level A1. For out more about CEF levels.
Find out more details about the format of the test and download a handbook.
