Would you like to be more familiar with the library collections and services? Register for our specialised presentations, which are held on Mondays, from 11 am to 3 pm.

Library tours

Take a library tour for a general view of our collections and services. You will find out about the physical and virtual libraries, self-study zone, lending and reference collections, facilities, access conditions and types of membership. At the end there will be a question and answer session, when you can ask for the details you need.

The tours are free of charge, but you book a place in advance, by e-mail or telephone.

Guidelines for Cambridge exam candidates

If you want to get a general idea of the Cambridge English language exams you can attend our Monday presentations.
The dates of the sessions are announced in InBrief, the British Council electronic newsletter and on this page of the website.

For almost two hours, you will have the opportunity to interactively:
- learn about the exam structure
- selectively work on recent exam subjects (question papers)
- watch video recordings of the oral test
- listen to audio recordings of the listening test
- browse preparation materials (course books, test batteries)
- visit websites of interest for English language exam candidates
- ask about how exams are run
- choose the preparation form that suits you best

All sessions are delivered in Network Central, the new building of the British Council. You can contact us at contact@britishcouncil.ro or tel: +40 21 307 96 00.

The interactive presentations of the Cambridge English language exams and the library tours are temporarily put on hold. The sessions will be resumed at a date we will communicate in due time.
