Presentations about Cambridge English language exams

For a general idea of the Cambridge English language exams why not attend our Monday presentations? Over almost two hours, you have an opportunity to interactively:

- learn about the exams' structure
- selectively work on recent exam subjects (questions papers)
- watch video recordings of the oral test
- listen to audio recordings for the listening test
- browse preparation materials (course books, test batteries)
- visit websites of interest for English language exam candidates
- ask about the ways exams are run
- choose the preparation form that suits you best

The interactive presentations of the Cambridge English language exams are temporarily put on hold. The sessions will be resumed at a date we will communicate in due time.

Oxford Quick Placement Test

The QPT is a multiple choice test  of 60 questions. Your knowledge of English is assessed based on the number of correct answers.

The test can be sat any time during library opening hours and lasts approximately 30 minutes.

Your test score acts as a guide only. We suggest that you couple it with an online test or a test of your choice from those available at our centre. The library is not liable in the event of potential candidates taking the decision to sit an exam on the basis of this test alone.
