What is Debate @British?
Debate is a very popular curricular and extracurricular activity in the UK and other Western countries and it represents a way for you to develop your thinking, your analytical skills, your public speaking skills and, from now on, your English as well, through Debate @British. Classes are held by trainers certified by the Romanian Association for Debate, ARDOR Muntenia, who are champions of debate competitions, at the British Council in Calea Dorobantilor 14.
How is the class going to be?
Debate @British is dedicated to high school students who want to master various argumentation techniques, to develop their public speaking skills and to improve their English knowledge through conversation. The course will consist of 11 classes, structured in 2 hour sessions once a week which will take place at the British Council in Calea Dorobantilor 14.
