What is it?

We make it easy for institutions to order up-to date books in English on different subject areas.  Through our Collection Development Service, we buy books on their behalf and manage the whole process with the British supplier and the custom clearance.

What can we do for you?

Provide you with bibliography lists on subjects relevant to your needs
Prepare the contract which includes terms and conditions of the service
Place the order and provide you with updated status reports
Manage the clearance of the parcels.
Inform you once the resources arrive

What is the payment method?

Payment to be made after you receive the resources
Prices are entitled to discount by the supplier
You should pay the actual costs of the resources plus 20% for management and clearance fees  
We issue the invoices and contact you
Invoices to be settled within 14 days
Payment should be made according to the British Council’s rate of exchange on the day of payment

Many organizations ordered books including higher education organizations, schools, research centres, children’s libraries, public libraries from the service
