HOW DO I GO ABOUT FINDING THE INFORMATION?

You can visit our Knowledge and Learning Centres and Contact Points from Sunday-Thursday 12:00pm -15:00pm and consult our Education/ Examination Promotion Co-ordinator (EEPC). You can make an appointment to see our EEPC if the allocated timing is not convenient.

WHAT YOU CAN GET FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT?

Depending on the kind of requests or questions you have, our EEPC will help give you the best information for your education and examination needs, in a variety of ways.

There are a number of simple leaflets on a number of topics which can provide answers to very basic questions
For more detailed information, you may be directed to a number of our public access PC's with a list of websites which you can browse
A collection of catalogued prospectuses are also available for customers who need information on various educational institutions in the UK
The EEPC can also provide a counselling session for customers who have no idea what they really want or what procedures are involved with study in the UK or taking an academic or professional examination
There is also a collection of directories which have information on all learning institutions and examination bodies in the UK which you can use for your research
