Do you need to discover more about English Language and literature? Do you consider writing and speaking good English as a pre-requisite for advancing in your current job? If you need all this and wish to brush up on your English Language skills why not visit our Learn English Zones in Ramallah and Gaza or learn English on-line through the wide range of databases accessible to you.

WHAT IS THE LEARN ENGLISH ZONE?

It is a well resourced and equipped space for learners and teachers of English. It contains over 5000 English language teaching resources including books, magazines, CD-ROMS, audiocassettes, videos and DVDs in addition to free access to a wide range of databases and e-subscriptions to help you improve and develop your English. It also stocks a huge collection of English and comparative literature printed and electronic resources as well as posters, videos and dvds.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The zone caters for learners and teachers of English, professionals, students, young mangers, parents, young learners, and examination takers and basically anyone who wants to improve his English Language Skills and have access to a wide resource of literature materials.  Find out more on how to join

WHAT WILL YOU FIND IN THE ZONE?

COMPUTERS
Save time searching endlessly for resources on the internet. As a member of the KLC, you get free access to English Language and Literature databases and e-subscriptions and will discover endless opportunities to access information for your study course or for teaching purposes.  You will be able to access a range of e-resources, free e-courses, e-subscriptions, teaching materials, lessons plans and many other resources. You can register or sit for some examinations on-line. KLC members can have access to these services or resources from within the KLC and have the added benefit of having passwords to allow them to have access from their homes or offices. BOOKS, JOURNALS AND MULTIMEDIA
The zone gives you access to some of the most up-to-date English Language and Literature collections. We have over 5000 books, all colour coded reflecting the different skills (vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, writing and grammar, simplified readers) as well as levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced). More than 20 specialised journals are available for consultation and on loan, in addition to a collection of posters, educational games and English newspapers. Over 200 videos to help you learn and teach English are at your disposal in addition to over 700 audio cassettes. How can you choose the suitable resources for you?

1. Do our online English Language test
2. Look at your test result. It will tell you your level, for example: elementary, and your colour, for example yellow
