This test uses the six levels developed by the Council of Europe. These are the levels of the European Framework:

• Basic User: A1 and A2 (beginner)
• Independent User: B1 and B2 (intermediate)
• Proficient User: C1 and C2 (advanced)

This English test will only provide an approximate indication of your level of English.
