What do we mean by 'organisational culture'?  All companies have a style of their own, sometimes clearly identifiable and sometimes not particularly distinctive.  This may be laid down by the founder of the company or may respond to decisions taken by a board.  It may be the result of personal preferences or be of a political nature.
