Deputy Customer Services Manager
British Council, Porto
The British Council is looking for an experienced customer service professional to lead a small team in its Porto office. The ideal candidate will have:
- at least three years experience of working in a customer services role working directly with the public
- a positive, cheerful and friendly outlook
- proven experience of managing a team
- fluent Portuguese
- English language competency, written and spoken, to minimum CEF B2 level or IELTS band 6
In addition, the following attributes would be a plus: familiarity with using SAP and financial skills, especially related to processing and recording payments.
The remuneration package of this post starts at EUR 1,398.62 monthly (Christmas and leave subsidies in line with Portuguese law) plus daily meal allowance EUR 7.34 plus medical insurance package.
