Climate change is "probably the greatest long-term challenge facing the human race". The Stern Review commissioned by Gordon Brown concludes that prompt and strong action is warranted by the international community and that action now will stabilise the concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere by 2050 and limit global warming to a few degrees at a manageable cost to the world economy.
The Olympic Games and the Paralympics are coming to London in 2012! We are developing global projects with partners to build leadership and inter-cultural skills among emerging leaders in sport and education. We also aim to inspire young people worldwide to take part in sport.
