Storytelling - mornings and afternoons with English for children and parents

Poznań and Wrocław

We would like to cordially invite children and their parents to our free workshops. Children will learn English through the process of storytelling, while their parents take part in a workshop about this unique method. We’ll explain how children learn foreign languages, share some practical tips and methods and show our free online materials. Meetings will be held in Poznań and Wrocław.

Storytelling – what is it? This is one of the most effective ways of teaching children a foreign language and culture. It is dedicated to celebrating the enjoyment, creativity and inspiration brought about by reading. During the meeting children will be taught to create and tell stories, along with drawing things relevant to the stories. This is also a practical experience for parents, who become acquainted with the aspects of teaching their children new language through reading and telling stories. Everyone will receive a special British Council guidebook about ways to support children in the learning of English.
