Business English courses

We offer courses at upper intermediate and advanced levels. You will learn to communicate more effectively in a range of business situations, while also improving your vocabulary and grammar.

Legal English courses

Our advanced level Legal English course for both lawyers and students of law can help you prepare for the TOLES and ILEC exams. They are internationally recognised exams testing your knowledge of Legal English. The course covers areas such as legal vocabulary, drafting skills, communicating complex ideas in understandable language and the language used in meetings and negotiations.

Current Affairs courses

This high level course (Proficiency or above) uses current topics in the news as a stimulus for language skills practice – with the main focus on speaking. Through discussion of world affairs based on print, audio and video news items you will widen your knowledge of vocabulary and develop your fluency.

Presentation Skills

Increase your confidence and fluency in presentation making by introducing a set of core language and skills which you can use when you give presentations. You will watch and learn from great presentations, practice the language and skills, receive constructive feedback from your peers and instructor.

Our professional courses:

broaden specialised vocabulary

improve the skills of writing, reading, listening and speaking within a business/legal context
have more specialised vocabulary

deal with business/legal topics
