In Poznań IELTS (Academic & General Training modules) will be conducted on 11th July 2009 if a minimum of 12 candidates register for the test. If the number of candidates is smaller, they will take the exam in Warsaw on 23rd July 2009.

IN ORDER TO REGISTER FOR IELTS, THE CANDIDATE SHOULD:

• Read the IELTS Regulation carefully
• Become familiar with the Information for Candidates
• Complete and sign the IELTS Statement
• Fill in the Application Form
• Pay the IELTS fee:
  600 PLN - Payment slip for payments made in PLN (PDF file)
  For payments made from outside Poland the bank account number should be preceded with the letters PL and the Swift code CITIPLPX.

  IMPORTANT: when completing the section of your payment slip entitled “Tytułem” please use the descriptions below where Candidate’s Name and Surname/date of exam should be completed with the candidates data:
