In Gdańsk IELTS (Academic module) will be conducted on 15th November 2008 if a minimum of 12 candidates register for the test. If the number of candidates is smaller, they will take the exam in Warsaw on 20th November 2008.

IN ORDER TO REGISTER FOR IELTS, THE CANDIDATE SHOULD:

• Read the IELTS Regulation  carefully
• Become familiar with the Information for Candidates
• Complete and sign the IELTS Statement
• Fill in the Application Form
• Pay the IELTS fee:
  600 PLN - Payment slip for payments made in PLN (PDF file)
  For payments made from outside Poland the bank account number should be preceded with the letters PL and the Swift code CITIPLPX.

  IMPORTANT: when completing the section of your payment slip entitled “Tytułem” please use the descriptions below where Candidate’s Name and Surname/date of exam should be completed with the candidates data:

• Registration documents must reach the British Council in Warsaw by 3rd October 2008
