IELTS is the International English Language Testing System. IELTS tests English proficiency for people needing an internationally recognised qualification to prove their English level, either to study or train in an English-speaking university or Institutions of Higher and Further Education, or for secondary education, work experience or training programs.

You should be an independent learner at upper intermediate level (B2 Common European Framework of Reference) to enter the course.

IELTS Intensive Short Courses

Our 20-hour preparation course will focus on the Academic Module of the IELTS Test and is designed to help you develop skills and strategies for each of the four modules.

WHAT AREAS DOES AN INTENSIVE COURSE COVER?

The test format and mark scheme

  • Overview of the IELTS Test
  • Familiarisation of the test format: task types and timings
  • Familiarisation of the assessment criteria for candidates’ performance
  • Familiarisation of the Nine Band Score as published by IELTS

IELTS Semester Courses

The course for you if you wish to develop your English and test taking skills at the same time. Regular Courses follow our normal semester and are of sixteen weeks duration. Classes are held once or twice a week. A typical semester course consists of 62 tuition hours. A class hour is 45 minutes.

Fees: Payment must be made in full before the start of the course or in two instalments in the time agreed during registration. Payment can be made through a bank or a post office or by a credit card.

Road to IELTS

For further preparation the Road to IELTS online preparation package offers 30 hours of FREE online tuition to help you better prepare for the test.

Note: You can only access Road to IELTS if your test application has been approved and paid for in full.
