It is an internationally recognised examination in English for students who have completed over three terms at level 6 at the British Council or equivalent. FCE is very well known in commerce, industry, banking, airlines, etc.

How do I register? To register you must bring:
- 7,500 Syrian Pounds
- any form of identification, Syrian ID card or Passport
- a telephone number where you can be contacted
What happens after the exam?
Your exam papers will be sent to Cambridge University to be marked. Your papers will be given one of the following grades: A, B, C (all passes); D (nearly a pass) or E (a clear fail).
You will be informed when the results arrive at the Council. This usually takes two months. If you succeed, you will receive a certificate from the University of Cambridge about a month later.
