WORKING WITH US

If your business is in overseas recruitment, higher education, English language training, review services or immigration consultancy, why not become an Authorised Registration Agent?

As there is a great demand for IELTS in the Philippines, the British Council maintains a network of Authorised IELTS Registration Agents whose role is to assist candidates with the application process. We currently have over 60 agents across the country. They are responsible for:

•Providing accurate information on IELTS and its administration by the British Council

•Assisting candidates with the application process and collecting the test fee

•Sending or delivering the application forms and corresponding fees to the Council before the deadline for registration

•Making arrangements for the appropriate delivery of their candidates’ test report forms

•Promoting the IELTS jointly with the British Council

Our Exams Services team work closely with agents and are responsible for the following:

•Providing printed information on the IELTS, application forms and all promotional collaterals

•Initial training and support for Registration Agent’s staff in IELTS customer service standards

•Providing assistance with difficult enquiries and handling the processing of candidates’ applications

•Administration of the entire testing process including release of results 13 days after the test
