WHO CAN JOIN?

Your Team

Entrants should be Filipino citizens, 16-28 years old. Proof of age will be required from all shortlisted candidates.
n seek the advice of a mentor or an expert, but your proposal should demonstrate that you must be the principal owners and implementers of the venture.
Your proposal/venture must be operated independently on its own, and not serve as a sub-project or operation of a non-profit (international or local), a private company or its subsidiary.

Your Enterprise Proposal

Your venture should exist primarily to address a social problem.
Only one (1) proposal can be submitted by a team.
Your venture should have demonstrable financial viability, whether it is for-profit or not-for-profit.
Your proposal should not have won in other business plan or project grant competitions of the same magnitude (national), or have received the same amount of funding for its implementation.
Your project should not be entered on behalf, or as a sub-project of, a non-profit, a private company or a local government unit (LGU).
Your project plan must be written in plain English in the format prescribed by the British Council.

British Council reserves the right to disqualify any team that violates the rules, regulations or the spirit of the competition.
