The British Council is offering another service to IELTS candidates via Infotext. This facility allows British Council IELTS candidates to get information about dates of test results release, where to pick up the results and when the results become available online.
The increasing demand for IELTS has urged the British Council to work harder to deliver the information about the test to those who need them. With the mission to help Filipinos in their aspiration for self-development, the British Council is using technology that is available to millions of Filipinos for them to get the right information about the IELTS in the easiest and fastest way possible. This is yet another way for British Council to help those who have no access to the internet and as an alternative to calling via landline.
Through their mobile phones, a user can send enquiries about IELTS test dates, test registration, test results and other IELTS related questions they may have just by sending a text message to infotext number 0908-89-IELTS or 0908-89-43587.
To send enquiries, mobile phone users need to follow the steps below using the designated codes related to the enquiry:
- Enquirer/s to text IELTS codes British Council infotext number : 0908.89.IELTS or 0908-89-43587.
- System will automatically read codes and send auto reply containing the answers to the enquiry.
- Enquirer is charged 1.00Php per text enquiry and no charge for auto reply
