UP-DECL Centennial and the 2nd Access Philippine International English Language Conference

The University of the Philippines and the British Council successfully held the UP-DECL Centennial and the 2nd Access Philippine International English Language Conference  from 16 to 17 September 2010 at the SMEX, SM Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City Philippines. The event coincided with the Manila International Book Fair, the biggest book fair in the Philippines.

This year's conference attracted almost 400 hundred participants from all over the Philippines. They listened, discussed, and interacted with experts in the English language teaching field and among themselves as they talked about issues on language policy that impacts on today's learners.

Some of the presentations and handouts of topics delivered during the conference are available for download below. We hope to stream the videos of the plenary talks in the days to come.
