Scholarships

For undergraduate and postgraduate study in the UK

We provide information on a number of UK scholarship schemes and also manage scholarships on behalf of external partners. Scholarships are available for pre-degree, undergraduate and postgraduate study in the UK and are usually awarded on academic merit. They vary from nominal awards to full scholarships including payment of other costs besides fees.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

From 2 April 2012, the British Council ceased to be the administrator of the Chevening Scholarships programme and will no longer be able to deal with Chevening enquiries.

The FCO and the Association Commonwealth Universities (ACU) have set up an email contact point for the management of 2013/14 Chevening application process.

For all enquiries please now contact info@chevening.org – the new email gateway for Chevening enquiries.

Those existing candidates who have been provisionally selected as a Chevening Scholar for the 2012/2013 academic year will be contacted by the new administrator.

Charles Wallace Pakistan Trust

The Visiting Fellowship Programme is designed to provide assistance to individuals who wish to broaden their experience or improve their skills through a short-term attachment of up to 3 months at a UK university or training institution. The fellowship covers a stipend and airfare. Find out more.
