The four exciting days of our workshop consist of very interactive activities, where learning is completely experiential. Case studies, role plays, group works, and competitions - are the tools through which we help you to understand and challenge prevalent behaviours, learning skills, acquiring knowledge and becoming more confident. We have a strong team of 158 facilitators across the country. Our facilitators help you along in your learning journey and provide you with avenues to explore yourself. Our facilitators are experts in the art of training and capacity building who not only help you with your social action projects and advise you on how to actively engage with your communities but also give you a boost when you need it with some motivational speaking! |

Atta Muahammad Soomro: Atta Muahammad Soomro is currently working as Programmes Manager with DevCon- Association for Rural Development – an NGO located in Sindh, Pakistan. He’s emerged as a social entrepreneur leader within a short span of time and has vast experience of facilitation sessions with varied audiences. His natural style of interaction with participants not only motivates them, but also influences them to bring a positive change in thier society. Atta is affiliated with the British Council Pakistan as an Active Citizen Programme Facilitator since 2007 and has National and International facilitation experiences.
Nooruddin Merchant: Nooruddin Merchant has actively been engaged in youth training for the past five years. He has facilitated sessions on Media Literacy, Career and Personal Development for youth in Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Youth Development Programme (BBSYDP) at the Institute for Advancing Careers and Talents (iACT) Karachi and a career development initiative for youth initiated by the Habib University Foundation (H.U.F.).
During his tenure at Aga Khan Education Service Pakistan (AKESP), he developed and facilitated a Peer Educator Programme for the youth, to promote creative and meaningful use of technologies in learning. He is an active member of his community and volunteers to conduct religious education sessions for the youth.
Nooruddin believes that the youth are not a problem- they are the solution, and could lead the country to prosperity through their innovative ideas, enthusiasm and energy.
Muhammad Atif Sheikh: Muhammad Atif Sheikh is presently serving as President of STEP- a cross disability organisation, Disability Advisor to Telenor Pakistan, and a member of the Standing Committee in the Ministry of Social Welfare and Special Education on Disability.
Being a British Chevening Scholar he has been elected as Secretary General of the British Alumni Association Pakistan.
