In collaboration with The Link Foundation for NZ-UK Relations and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust offers three scholarships annually to enable graduates of outstanding academic merit from New Zealand to pursue a one-year taught postgraduate course of study at the University of Cambridge in subjects relevant to their country’s needs.
This Scholarship is tenable for one academic year and consists of up to £10,000 towards the costs of study at Cambridge plus £1,000 towards a return economy airfare. You can apply if you are a citizen of New Zealand who has, or expects to have by the end of the academic year, a first class honours degree, or its equivalent, from a recognised university and have gained admission to Cambridge in the normal way.
Scholarship application forms are sent to applicants by the Board of Graduate Studies upon receipt of completed application forms for admission. They must be completed and returned to The Secretary, Board of Graduate Studies, 4 Mill Lane, Cambridge CB2 1RZ, England, no later than 30 April in the year of study.
By submitting one scholarship application form, you will automatically be considered for all the Trust’s awards for which you’re eligible.
