Partner: The National Museum of Contemporary Art, Oslo
January-March 2004
These young British artists won the award for best young work at the last Venice Biennial in 2003. The exhibition shows the entire spectrum of their film and video production: The trilogy DRIFTWOOD (1999), HOUSE & GARAGE (2000) and JUNGLE (2001) as well as MIXTAPE (2002) and GENTLEMEN (2003). Aftenposten reviews were praiseworthy: “There is something particularly fresh and innovative about the work of these boys…..(the work) clearly expresses classical rage against civilisation and underlines the price one pays to breath the air of British civilisation. Do not miss this show.”
