• Post / Email copy of Insurance Policy to British Council

JUNE

• Notify British Council of final Exam Results – a failure terminates offer of participation
• Complete Visa paperwork and forms
• Pay for US Visa online - $131
• Complete SEVIS online - $200
• Attend Visa Appointment at US Consultate Belfast
• Save every penny available

JULY

• Attend BEI Induction on Wednesday 1st & Thursday 2nd July
• British Council will book US flights
• Go to Doctor and get vaccinations required for US enrollment
• Attend Pre-Departure Briefing on Monday 27th July
• Save, Save, Save

AUGUST

• Organise Leaving Party
• Change savings into US Dollars
• Fly to the US
