Post-Screening Contractual Requirements
As part of your Promoter Booking Agreement, you are obliged to fulfil specific post-screening requirements.
Complete and return the following forms to South East Dance:
Return all screening materials (i.e. DVDs, Beta tapes) to South East Dance including any additional subtitled screening materials which may have been produced and paid for by the Promoter. All screening materials are the property of South East Dance.
Please ensure that all paperwork and materials are returned as soon as is reasonably practicable after the screening, and within a maximum of 4 weeks. We recommend that you arrange for a Courier to return the items together in one secure package, so as to minimise your postage costs.

If applicable, please also send us (by email or hard copy) copies of any Forward Motion marketing materials you produced for your screening and any cuttings from press coverage you may have received.
