Q - Will I get technical advice?

A - The Promoter’s Pack includes practical guidance on hosting a screening, and step-by-step technical advice with contacts for detailed queries.

Q - How will I market the event?

A - The Promoter’s Pack also includes a comprehensive marketing guide to successfully promote your event. This includes a suggested campaign plan along with key images, copy, logos and other useful resources for you to produce striking publicity materials.

Q - Are the programmes subtitled?

A - The vast majority of the films have little or no text. Introductions and interviews are in English and you can choose to show English subtitles. Subtitles in other languages maybe provided for an additional cost, although we need about 6-8 weeks to have subtitles versions produced. The Promoters’ Pack includes transcripts which can be used for local translation.

Q - Is TV broadcast an option?

A - TV broadcast opportunities can be discussed subject to additional costs, rights clearances and sufficient lead-in time.

Q - How much will it cost to screen Forward Motion?

A - The full Forward Motion collection of all three programmes (Intros, Insights & Artists’ Choice) costs £450 per screening.

There are a number of alternative pricing models for professional screenings of Forward Motion to allow presenters a flexible approach.

Full programme (approx. 190 minutes) £450
2 programmes (approx. 100-150 minutes) £300
1 programme (approx. 40-90 minutes) £150

Discounts are available for multiple screenings on a case-by-case basis. Tailor-made packages designed to suit your audience are also available, featuring discussions and workshops with leading artists and producers.

Q - In what formats are the programmes available?

A - Each programme is available on multi-region DVD and Beta SP (PAL/NTSC).

Q - Where else is Forward Motion being screened?

A - So far Forward Motion has been screened at various venues in Spain, USA, India, Greece, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Portugal, China and the UK.
