Bidesh Sarkar - Director Resources

Bidesh Sarkar has worked in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. He began his career at Baker Tilly, moving on to Andersen before taking on the role of Strategic Analyst at Kimberley-Clark Corporation. His most recent role has been as Finance Director at PLAN, an international development agency with revenues of c$600 million and operations in 66 countries. Bidesh is used to working in complex organisations and is able to achieve buy in from key stakeholders. He has strong international change management experience and an ability to work across geographical and service boundaries. He is a chartered accountant and has an MBA from INSEAD. Bidesh's interests include running, gym and Choi Kwang Do.
