The tenth Conference in this series was held in Rotterdam from 6-8 March 2011, with the theme ‘Making Successful Cities’

Approximately 100 delegates representing business, government, academia and the media, drawn from across the UK and the Netherlands, met to explore the theme for mutual benefit. Workshops were held on the subjects of Urban Economy, Urban Space, Urban Actors and Urban Creativity.
