.Toby Murcott, photo by Sander Foederer Toby Murcott is a leading science writer and journalist. He studied Biochemistry and followed that with three years post-doctoral research. When it became obvious to him that he was far better at talking about science than he was at doing it, he changed track and began a new career as a science journalist. Since then he has been, amongst others; Science Correspondent for BBC World Service; Editor of Einstein TV; producer/presenter of science programmes across all of BBC Radio, while also writing a weekly column for The Times.
