The British Council is the UK's principal agency for cultural relations with other countries. Our purpose is to build mutually beneficial relationships with people in the UK and other countries. We promote the UK in its entirety, reflecting and celebrating its cultural, ethnic and political diversity. We are represented worldwide and have been in the Netherlands for more than fifty years.
