The latest issue
The Crossing Over Spring/Summer 2007 edition (issue 12) reflects on internal changes undergoing the British Council in Europe and looks at how we're aiming to help build a new generation of cultural relations in European collaboration; from despatches from some of our networks in the Netherlands, to literary rhetoric on the meaning of Europe from leading writers James Meek and Abdelkader Benali, to explorations of intercultural identity through the visual arts.
