Currently there is an exclusive offer with online registration.
If you have lost your IELTS Test Report Form (TRF), then we can issue a replacement TRF. The charge for issuing replacement TRF is NPR 2000.
You need to submit following documents to the British Council:
- letter (hardcopy) from the candidate stating the reason (in detail) of loss
- police report
- photocopy of TRF
- photocopy of passport (front and back page) for ID verification purpose
- payment slip (payment to be made in Standard Chartered bank counter at the British Council)
After the verification of these documents, a replacement TRF will be issued within two weeks.
Note: replacement TRFs will not be issued for exams taken before 2 years.
