Do I have to take the placement test?
Yes. This will help us to recommend the best course for you.
How should I prepare for the placement test?
You don't need to prepare.  We need to find out your everyday level of English.
When I have taken the placement test, do I have a place on a course?
You have a place on a course only when you pay the course fee in full.
How do I pay for the course?
In cash.
Can I pay in instalments?
You have to pay the full fee before you join a course.
Do I have to pay again?
Each fee is for one course.  After you finish one course, if you want to join another course you have to pay the fee for that course.
I have taken the placement test but did not register for a course.  How long is the result of my placement test valid for?
Six months.
Can I do more than one course at the same time?
Yes.
What can I do after I finish this course?
Your teacher will help you decide which course will be most useful for you to attend next.
Are there any courses longer than 32 hours?
Enhance your English (General English) and Speaking skills are available in different levels so you can choose how long you study for. IELTS preparation courses are 40 hours.
Do I have to buy a book?
No.  We will give you all the course materials.  You need to bring paper and a pen or pencil.
Will I finish the book in one course?
Most Enhance your English (General English) courses use the same book for two courses.
Can I do a course by correspondence?
We don't run correspondence courses, however our experienced team of consultants can tailor courses to be delivered at your organisation.
Can I change to a different course if I think the course I'm attending is not suitable?
You cannot change to a different course unless your teacher recommends this.
What time are your classes?
We have classes in the morning, afternoon and evening.
Can I use the Learning Centre?
Each time you register for an Teaching Centre course, we offer you free membership of the Learning Centre for 3 months.
