What makes the course unique is its dynamic training method.
Participants work in teams throughout and continually perform team tasks, following input from the facilitator on the topics of the modules. They take turns being team leaders and task managers – and are observed by members of the team (also taking turns).
After every task the observers report on how the team leaders led and managed, and how the team members performed.The facilitator also provides observations. This lively and enjoyable methodology ensures an actual positive development of managerial skills – not just in theory, but more importantly – in practice!
